Internal Sales Executive – Dynamic Distribution Role

Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Salary: £37,000–£42,000 (negotiable) Bonus & Benefits
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Your Role:

As our Internal Sales Executive, you’ll play a central role in driving growth through proactive sales activity and outstanding customer relationship management. This is not a passive account management role—it's about making real impact, maximising opportunities, and closing business.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in value, volume, and gross margin

  • Proactively develop new accounts—confidently picking up the phone and opening conversations

  • Manage and strengthen existing client relationships to drive repeat business

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other channels

  • Provide accurate, competitive quotations using company pricing tools and CRM

  • Maintain sharp, efficient, and compliant sales processes

  • Support stock purchasing to meet demand while controlling costs

  • Produce clear, concise monthly sales reports for management


About You:
  • Proven experience in internal sales, telesales, or business development

  • Confident on the phone, resilient, and driven to convert opportunities

  • Strong relationship-building skills—you know how to keep customers engaged and satisfied

  • Experience selling products preferred; solution sales also considered

  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
