Location: Hatfield
Working Arrangement: Fully office based
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to incoming calls and emails, ensuring all customer enquiries are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Creating new customer accounts, updating records, and sharing information about the latest product ranges.
  • Following up with prospective customers who have shown interest, guiding them through available product options.
  • Managing customer queries in line with company policies and delivering a first-class service every time.
  • Providing general administrative support, including issuing documentation and overseeing email correspondence.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales environment, ideally gained in a contact centre setting.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to spot opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell where appropriate.
  • Able to build rapport quickly and articulate information clearly in both written and verbal communication.
  • Proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable handling a variety of customer enquiries.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
