We’re supporting a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves engaging with people, is confident handling both inbound and outbound calls, and thrives in a role where every interaction makes a difference.
Location: Hatfield
Working Arrangement: Fully office based
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
- Responding to incoming calls and emails, ensuring all customer enquiries are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Creating new customer accounts, updating records, and sharing information about the latest product ranges.
- Following up with prospective customers who have shown interest, guiding them through available product options.
- Managing customer queries in line with company policies and delivering a first-class service every time.
- Providing general administrative support, including issuing documentation and overseeing email correspondence.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales environment, ideally gained in a contact centre setting.
- Confident communicator with the ability to spot opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell where appropriate.
- Able to build rapport quickly and articulate information clearly in both written and verbal communication.
- Proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable handling a variety of customer enquiries.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
