Multi Skilled Operative

Location: Staines

Full Time Permanent

Salary up to £38,000 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card

42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday -Friday)

Build Recruitment are looking for an experienced Multi trade operative to join a leading social housing contractor, delivering high-quality reactive maintenance work across occupied and void properties.

Day to day duties:

• Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs in occupied properties 
• Undertaking 1st and 2nd fix plumbing
• Fixing leaks and leak detection
• Installing bath panels, pipe work, taps
• Providing high levels of customer care at all times
• General Carpentry repairs
• Wall tiling
• Painting & Decorating
• General Plastering

Role Criteria:

• Core Trade in Plumbing
• Experience in Plastering, Tiling, Painting & Decorating & Carpentry
• Worked within social housing
• UK Full driving license

Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant Background, Identity & Security checks before commencement of employment.

To drive a company, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
