Location: Staines

Full Time Permanent

Salary up to £37900 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card

42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday -Friday)

Build Recruitment are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join a leading social housing contractor, delivering high-quality carpentry installations and repairs across occupied and void properties.

Day to day duties:

• Carrying out reactive carpentry repairs in occupied properties 

• Undertaking 1st and 2nd fix Carpentry

• Responsible for duties to include but not limited to – hanging doors, skirting, architraves, fixing windows / doors, lock changes, repairing worktops, kitchen units UPVC etc

• Providing high levels of customer care at all times

Role Criteria:

• Experience in Carpentry

• Social housing experience

• A UK full valid driving license

To drive a company vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
