Role Multi Trader Van & Fuel Card
Salary £34,000 (Initially on a weekly pay temp to perm contact)
Location Dorset
Environment Housing Maintenance (Military housing contract)
The Company
Large housing provider managing 27,000 homes on the Army defence contract within Portsmouth. This is a job for life as there will always be Army Housing. As you can imagine the tenants are polite, attentive and professional. Carrying our property maintenance works, plumbing, carpentry, painting decorating.
The Role – Ideally qualified within Plumbing but not necessary
- Carpentry – Maintenance – Hanging doors, fixing skirting, changing handles
- Plumbing – Maintenance – Fitting Taps, Fixing Leaks, Drainage, Bathroom Fitting
- Wet Trades – Patch Plaster, Painting Decorating
Skills & Experience
- Preferred - NVQ Plumbing or Carpentry
- Full UK Drivers License
- 2 Years property maintenance experience
- Ability to be self-efficient
