Multi Trade Operative - Redruth

We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Operative who will provide a responsive maintenance service on social housing properties in from St Austell area of Cornwall down.

You will be dealing with customers, making them feel at ease and providing a top trades service fixing minor repairs to the correct standard. 

Salary when you go onto a permanent contract will be £34-35,000 per annum van fuel card. Healthcare and 20 days holiday bank holidays.

You will start this role on a temp basis being paid through us for 12 weeks then move into a permanent on the books role direct.

Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:

• Going to various properties to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance work
• All aspects of maintenance work 
• Completing a variety of works in various trades
• Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, decorating etc.
• Driving a company van safely
• Reporting to your Supervisor

Multiskilled Operative Requirements:

• Good multi-trade experience
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Qualification in a trade would be advantageous
