Class Act are looking for Supply Maths Teachers in Witney and the surrounding areas to join our pool of supply staff, starting as soon as possible.

Duties as Maths Teacher:

• Deliver engaging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Follow school planning or adapt lessons to suit pupil needs
• Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
• Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
• Support pupils in developing problem-solving and analytical skills as a Maths Teacher.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support whole-school initiatives
• Uphold safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times

Ideal Maths Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Specialism in Mathematics or a related subject
• Experience teaching Maths in secondary schools
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Adaptable and confident working across different year groups
• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
