The Opportunity

As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, qualifying, and managing top-tier candidates for our clients’ technology and product teams. You’ll use a range of best-in-class recruitment tools and work closely with Account Managers and Directors to ensure an exceptional service for both clients and candidates.

This is an opportunity to develop strong talent delivery and account management skills while being mentored by some of the most experienced consultants in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Delivery & Management

  • Partner with Account Managers/Directors to understand detailed job specifications.
  • Source, qualify, and shortlist candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, SourceBreaker, CRM, and leading job boards.
  • Use advanced search and headhunting techniques to identify passive talent.
  • Build and maintain talent pools across key skill areas.
  • Manage candidates throughout the full process: from initial engagement to offer negotiation and post-placement aftercare.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and conduct thorough debriefs.
  • Maintain accurate records and activity updates in a state of the art CRM.

Client Support & Interaction

  • Support Account Managers by qualifying roles, scheduling interviews, and obtaining client feedback.
  • Attend client meetings with senior consultants to understand hiring needs and culture.
  • Contribute to building long-term client relationships through consistent, high-quality delivery.

Training & Development

  • Complete our 12-week training programme covering delivery, sourcing, and client management.
  • Receive ongoing mentorship and development from senior 83zero leaders.

  • Experience in recruitment or sales (advantageous but not essential).
