SEND Teacher – Part-time, long-term temporary and ongoing from as soon as possibleThis is an excellent opportunity for a SEND Teacher to join a school that prioritises inclusion and pupil well-being. Staff work collaboratively to ensure high-quality teaching and tailored support for every child.Duties as SEND Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for pupils with SEND across appropriate key stages
• Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet individual learning needs
• Work closely with support staff and other professionals to implement personalised learning plans
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback to parents and colleagues
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes confidence and independence
• Ensure safeguarding and well-being practices are consistently applied
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required

Ideal SEND Teacher:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Previous experience teaching pupils with SEND in a school setting
• Strong understanding of strategies to support diverse learning needs
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing requirements
• Committed to promoting inclusion and safeguarding children
