Job Title: Carpenter Multi  

Location: Swindon 

Hourly Rate: 16 - 20ph  

Van & Fuel Card Provided 
 

You will be required to carry out day to day Carpentry and multi trade repairs in occupied properties. This is on the Warmer Homes projects so you must be able to do the following; door undercut, install trickle vents & general decorating.  
 

Requirements of the Carpenter Multi (Skills & Qualifications)  

• Experience in residential properties 

• NVQ Level 3 is a must 

• Good customer service 

• DBS check ( which will be carried out if successful )  

• Full clean UK drivers license
