Business Studies and Computer Science Teacher – Full-time, maternity cover from February 2026 until October 2026This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Studies and Computer Science Teacher to join a school that promotes high standards of teaching and learning. Staff work collaboratively to create engaging lessons and foster a positive learning culture.Duties as Business Studies and Computer Science Teacher:

• Deliver high-quality lessons in Business Studies and Computer Science across Key Stages
• Prepare pupils for assessments and examinations, ensuring progress and achievement
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND
• Create a positive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and confidence
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and implement effective classroom management strategies
• Contribute to departmental planning and whole-school initiatives
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required

Ideal Business Studies and Computer Science Teacher:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies and Computer Science
• Previous experience teaching these subjects in secondary settings
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
