About the Position:
  • Permanent - Full-Time role
  • Up to £77,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
  • Lead clinical and operational performance
  • Manage rota planning, resource use, and clinical governance
  • Ideal candidate must be a problem-solving leader
  • Inspire a positive, collaborative team culture every day
  • Balance patient outcomes with efficient budgeting and strategy
  • Must be comfortable with complex surgical cases
  • Previous leadership experience as a Vet is necessary
  • Flexible start date available
