ReeVR Talent are partnered with an organisation who are looking to embed a talented Production Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end assembly, testing, and delivery of precision products. This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine operational leadership with technical expertise to ensure every product meets the highest quality standards. You’ll lead a small but growing team, drive continuous improvement, and take ownership of production planning, quality assurance, inventory, and support workflows.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead production, testing, and calibration of regulated product specifications and SOPs.

  • Manage production schedules, inventory, and supply chain coordination to meet ambitious delivery targets.

  • Implement and maintain quality management systems, conducting inspections and root-cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.

  • Oversee RMA and product support workflows, ensuring timely repairs and replacements.

  • Mentor and develop team members, capture critical knowledge, and establish robust onboarding for new hires and contractors.

  • Interface with ERP systems and ticketing/support platforms to maintain data integrity and streamline workflows.

  • Identify opportunities for process automation, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction while maintaining the highest quality standards.

What Your Experience Needs to Look Like: 

  • Experience scaling production from prototype to volume manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on, adaptable approach.
  • Experienced in production or manufacturing management ideally in electro-mechanical, aerospace, automotive, medical device, or advanced consumer electronics sectors.
  • Working knowledge of agile/lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Kanban, APQP).
