ReeVR Talent are partnered with an organisation who are looking to embed a talented Production Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end assembly, testing, and delivery of precision products. This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine operational leadership with technical expertise to ensure every product meets the highest quality standards. You’ll lead a small but growing team, drive continuous improvement, and take ownership of production planning, quality assurance, inventory, and support workflows.

What You’ll Do
Lead production, testing, and calibration of regulated product specifications and SOPs.
Manage production schedules, inventory, and supply chain coordination to meet ambitious delivery targets.
Implement and maintain quality management systems, conducting inspections and root-cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Oversee RMA and product support workflows, ensuring timely repairs and replacements.
Mentor and develop team members, capture critical knowledge, and establish robust onboarding for new hires and contractors.
Interface with ERP systems and ticketing/support platforms to maintain data integrity and streamline workflows.
Identify opportunities for process automation, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction while maintaining the highest quality standards.
What Your Experience Needs to Look Like:
- Experience scaling production from prototype to volume manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on, adaptable approach.
- Experienced in production or manufacturing management ideally in electro-mechanical, aerospace, automotive, medical device, or advanced consumer electronics sectors.
- Working knowledge of agile/lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Kanban, APQP).
