Special Needs Specialist – Full-time, daily supply starting as soon as possible These flexible opportunities are ideal for Special Needs Specialists who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings. You’ll be working on a daily supply basis in Feltham and the surrounding areas, supporting pupils with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) in primary settings.Duties as Special Needs Specialist:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with EBD and other SEND needs
• Implement behaviour support strategies and personalised learning plans
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams to promote emotional wellbeing
• Support pupils in developing social and emotional regulation skills
• Assist with transitions, de-escalation and classroom routines
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to reviews and assessments
• Promote inclusion and a positive learning environment

Ideal Special Needs Specialist:

• Experience supporting primary-aged pupils with emotional and behavioural difficulties
• Strong understanding of SEND and behaviour management strategies
• Relevant qualifications in education, psychology or child development (desirable)
• Calm, patient and resilient approach to challenging behaviour
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
