You’ll work with a range of secondary schools in Feltham and surrounding areas, supporting pupils with diverse needs and helping create inclusive learning environments.Duties as Special Needs Specialist:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs
• Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs)
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to adapt learning materials
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being
• Support pupils in developing social and communication skills
• Maintain accurate records and report progress to senior staff

Ideal Special Needs Specialist:

• Previous experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting
• Knowledge of strategies for supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, and other needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
• Reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic about making a difference
