An excellent opportunity for a Lettings Manager to join a thriving, well-respected Estate Agency with their central Bath office.

Lettings Manager – Benefits

Lettings Manager – Duties
- Drive revenue growth and identify new, innovative ways to increase lettings business
- Attend and carry out lettings valuations, converting opportunities into instructions
- Manage and support the onboarding of new instructions and properties
- Anticipate business needs and adapt strategies accordingly
- Train, develop and mentor your team to reach their full potential
- Support, guide and motivate the team to achieve both personal and branch KPIs
- Lead by example, fostering a positive, professional and collaborative culture
- Review, analyse and improve processes and procedures to maximise performance
- Conduct regular 1-to-1s, recognising both individual and team successes
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with landlords and key stakeholders
- Manage escalations with tenants and landlords in a calm, solutions-focused manner
- Produce reports and forecasting
- Engage in strategic discussions with the wider management team
- Stay up to date with legislation and upcoming changes, ensuring team compliance and training
Lettings Manager – Experience Needed
- Previous experience in a Lettings Manager or senior role is essential
- ARLA qualified (or equivalent) preferred
- Strong communication skills with a confident, personable approach
- Excellent negotiation skills; professional, articulate and well presented
- Proven people-management experience
- A strong track record of driving growth, managing risk and generating new business
- Some Property Management experience is essential
- Familiarity with Vebra Alto is advantageous
- In-depth knowledge of the lettings process and current legislation
- A natural leader who motivates, supports and leads by example
