What you’ll bring

  • Significant experience in quality assurance within a regulated manufacturing environment

  • Experience with root cause analysis tools such as FMEA, 5Y’s, Fishbone, or 8D

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings

  • Familiarity with Lean principles and data-driven improvement techniques

  • Engineering qualification (Apprenticeship, HNC, or Degree) is desirable

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Playing a key role in NPI activity, ensuring quality is built into products right from concept stage

  • Contributing to Lean and continuous improvement projects

  • Supporting Project, Engineering, and Purchasing in maintaining full traceability and conformance documentation around NPI
