This role ensures the safe, reliable operation of lift and escalator equipment across multi-unit sites. You’ll carry out maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and equipment improvements that help reduce downtime and enhance performance.

What you’ll do:

• Perform routine servicing, minor repairs, and component replacements on escalators.
• Identify faults, carry out diagnostics, and restore equipment to service.
• Conduct safety inspections and close non-conformities according to legislation.
• Support on-call duties for out-of-hours maintenance and repairs.
• Follow company safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Keep accurate service records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in escalator maintenance (essential).
• Proven experience in escalator servicing, maintenance, or repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and team-working abilities.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
• Customer-focused, proactive, and able to plan and prioritise work effectively.
