• Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across all GCSE levels
• Provide one-to-one tuition tailored to individual learner needs
• Use pre-prepared resources and adapt them where necessary
• Monitor and assess learner progress, providing constructive feedback
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
• Support learners with exam preparation and confidence building
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and best practice

Ideal Maths Instructor:

• Experience teaching Maths at GCSE level is essential
• Ability to deliver one-to-one lessons effectively
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to inspire learners
• Excellent organisational and classroom management skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
• Relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience
