Internal Sales Executive – Account Growth & Relationship Sales
Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Salary: £37,000–£42,000 Bonus Benefits
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

The Role – Internal Sales Executive
You will play a key role in managing and growing an existing customer base while also identifying new opportunities within warm or dormant accounts. This is a proactive sales role, but with a collaborative, relationship-first approach rather than pure cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop an existing portfolio of customers
- Reignite dormant accounts and identify new opportunities
- Upsell and cross-sell to maximise account potential
- Proactively follow up with warm leads and enquiries
- Deliver excellent customer service via calls and emails
- Prepare tailored quotations and keep CRM records accurate
- Support stock purchasing based on customer demand
- Produce clear sales reports for management
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in internal sales, account management, or business development
- Confident communicator who is comfortable picking up the phone
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially minded
- Organised, efficient, and committed to delivering excellent service
- Familiar with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
