• Deliver high-quality Functional Skills English lessons across all levels
• Provide one-to-one and small group tuition tailored to individual learner needs
• Plan and prepare engaging lessons and adapt resources where necessary
• Monitor and assess learner progress, providing constructive feedback
• Support learners with exam preparation and confidence building
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and best practice

• Experience teaching Functional Skills English is essential
