• Deliver engaging Religious Studies lessons across Key Stages
• Plan and adapt resources to meet the needs of all learners
• Assess, record, and report on pupil progress in line with school policies
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a safe and productive learning space
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to departmental planning
• Uphold safeguarding and welfare standards at all times

Ideal Religious Studies Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
• Strong subject knowledge in Religious Studies
• Ability to inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Previous experience teaching Religious Studies in a secondary school setting is desirable
