I am working with a client who are looking to boost their maintenance team by adding a specific facilities and buildings maintenance technician to their team, working a normal Monday to Friday day shift this is well established business and due to their they are regarded as a “recession proof” industry, this would suit someone who has been working in a mobile role but looking to be a static engineer

What you will be doing:

• Conducting the daily and weekly check of all site facilities and buildings
• Complete minor repairs including but not limited to Fabric, Plumbing etc
• Sourcing and liaising with external contractors for major works
• Monitoring and testing of security and fire systems
• Supporting the site engineers with any minor maintenance across the site

Skills Experience

• Have proven experience working in a similar role
• NVQ Level 3 in any trade discipline (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC etc)
• Proven Technical skills in buildings maintenance
• Excellent interpersonal skills able to communicate at all levels
