Salary: £47,513 – £50,450 benefits plus Car or Car Allowance £4500

Job Description:
A well-established social housing contractor is seeking an experienced SHE Advisor to support a growing regional workload across the East and South Midlands.
This is a permanent, field-based role providing Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) support across refurbishment, planned works and construction projects within occupied and live environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide SHE advice and support to operational and site teams
- Carry out site inspections, audits and investigations
- Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
- Support the implementation of safe systems of work
- Deliver SHE briefings, toolbox talks and training sessions
- Liaise with subcontractors and supply chain partners
- Support compliance with ISO
