Are you the kind of account leader who lights up a room and makes things happen? Do you thrive taking ownership of high-profile retail accounts, turning ideas into standout POS and retail display campaigns?
This is a fast-growing, ambitious print manufacturing and installation business, scaling to nearly £6m turnover in just six years, with 30% year-on-year growth. It works with some of the UK’s most recognised brands, delivering high-quality POS, installations, and creative retail displays and now needs an experienced Account Director who will play a pivotal role in this phase of growth.
The Role:
You’ll be the face of two exciting new accounts, splitting your time between client sites in London, home, and occasional travel to Head Office. This is a senior, client-facing role, where your energy, creativity, and commercial instincts will directly impact the growth of the business.
What You’ll Own:
- Build strong, lasting relationships with senior clients - be their go-to partner.
- Lead delivery of POS, print, and retail display campaigns from concept to completion.
- Develop account growth strategies and business development plans.
- Collaborate with directors to pitch for new work and win customers.
- Oversea an office based Account Manager (Head Office)
- Confidently drive sales—ask for the order and make things happen.
Who You Are:
- 4 years in senior account management or client services within printed POS, retail display, or high-end retail accounts.
- Energetic, positive, with a spark that inspires both clients and colleagues.
- Commercially savvy with a sharp eye for growth opportunities and budget management.
- Not just an order-taker—you take full ownership of your clients.
- A clear, confident communicator, comfortable with senior stakeholders.
- Thrives under pressure, highly organised, and detail-focused.
- Experience with major retail and/or brands.
Why Join?
- Join a fun, ambitious, and high-energy team with a vibrant culture.
- Work on exciting, creative projects for top UK and global brands.
- Be part of a business on a fast growth trajectory with real opportunity to shape the future.
If you’re ready to bring your energy, creativity, and client-focused approach to a business that rewards initiative and drive, we want to hear from you!
