As an Account Manager, you will be based at one of two office (Kent), reporting into the Account Director, you’ll be responsible for assisting in managing two new accounts: pulling together estimates, ensuring smooth delivery, client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives working on high-profile retail and brand projects, and can balance the detail of project management with the bigger picture of client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Account Director in managing key client relationships.
- Take ownership of a portfolio of accounts worth £1.2m, delivering consistently high standards of service.
- Coordinate projects end-to-end, from brief to delivery, across POS, signage, print, and installation campaigns.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and project delivery to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Liaise with internal teams (production, plodders, creatives) to ensure seamless delivery.
- Build strong, lasting client relationships, becoming a trusted point of contact.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue within your accounts.
The Person
- Proven experience in account management or client services, ideally within print, POS, signage, or related creative/production environments.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Confident communicator, able to build rapport quickly and work effectively with both clients and internal teams.
- Commercially aware, with a track record of managing budgets and delivering profitable projects.
- Energetic, proactive, and collaborative – someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fun, and ambitious business.
- Experience with major retail or FMCG brands is highly desirable.
