Associate Dentist – High-Growth Private Opportunity

• Mixed Associate Dentist position – NHS stability and Private conversion support
• 3-4 days per week available  – flexible days to suit you – Monday to Friday available
• 1 late evening per week 2 Saturdays/month (private only)
• Up to £13.50 per UDA (depending on experience)
• Up to 5,000 UDAs available annually (flexible and based on working day uptake)
• 45% private split – fee per item and plan patients
• Private potential and conversion actively demonstrated and achievable –  demonstrated successes of up to £40K per month in private income at a sister practice
• Stable patient diary – good earning from day one!
• Strong emphasis on private treatment growth and CPD/skillset development
• Flexible start date with dedicated onboarding

• Mid-sized mixed practice – spacious with natural light, due to undergo a full refurbishment, modern and high-end aesthetic
• Digital workflows using Dentally software and iPads in every surgery
• Advanced equipment: iTero, Rotary Endo, Digital X-rays
• Hygienist support available for improved patient flow and care
• £12K monthly marketing investment, full-time Marketing Manager support
• Structured support for special interest areas of Dentistry – strong referral pathways internal and external  - all skillsets welcome and utilised!
