- Respond to customer queries via email and phone.
- Set up new customer profiles and update existing details.
- Prepare and send contracts and documentation to customers.
- Maintain accurate records and support internal teams.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a bonus.
