Welder

Welder Rate: £16.50 - £17.50ph DOE  

Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire

Orion Electrotech are working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Stroud, Gloucestershire. And we are looking for an experienced Welder who has experience working to ASMI 9 pipe welding standards.

Welder Responsibilities:

• Tig Welding on aluminium and stainless steel
• MIG Welding
• ASMI 9 Purge back Pipe welding
• Setting up jig components for welding
• General fabrication and fettling
• Cutting Pipes.

 Welder Required Experience:

• Tig Welding on stainless steel and aluminium 
• Purge back pipe welding to ASME IX standard
• Ability to weld with and without JIG fixtures
• Experience working with bespoke products.
• MIG Welding and fabrication on mild steel structures
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• Fettling
