The Role & Rewards

• Full-time, on-site position
• £40,000
• Be fully accountable for Driving revenue growth and Team performance and engagement
• Supported by an established team including Treatment Coordinators, reception, and clinicians
• Report directly into senior management
• Genuine autonomy to shape culture, performance, and commercial success

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing KPIs
• Culture fit is key — you must align with a premium patient journey and be confident engaging with an affluent, professional clientele
