We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a multi trade Carpenter in Slough

Day to Day role: 

• Carry out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, including doors, skirting, architraves, and flooring.

• kitchen and bathroom fitting works as part of refurbishments or repairs.

• Undertake general maintenance and repair tasks within occupied and void properties.

• Install or repair locks, handles, and ironmongery.

• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines.

• Work independently or as part of a team on responsive repairs and planned maintenance.

The ideal candidate for this position would have experience as a multi trader or maintenance operative or carpenter or joiner or carpenter or carpenter multi or unvented plumber or Part or plasterer or multi trade operative or multi skilled operative with experience in social housing or housing associations or domestic properties or council properties.
