Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 Bonus Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Job Type: Full-time On-site
This is an excellent opportunity to join a UK market leader in distribution, supplying innovative products across multiple sectors including shopfitting, signage, exhibitions, glazing, and interior design.
This is not a hardcore new business role. While there is scope to grow accounts and increase revenue, the focus is on developing existing customer relationships, re-engaging dormant accounts, and upselling to warm, established clients. If you enjoy relationship-led sales rather than cold calling, this role is a strong fit.

As an Internal Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing an existing portfolio of customers. This is a proactive, commercially focused role centred on account development, customer retention, and long-term relationship building.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts
Reignite dormant accounts and identify new revenue opportunities
Upsell and cross-sell within established client relationships
Proactively follow up on warm enquiries and inbound leads
Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email
Prepare tailored quotations and maintain accurate CRM records
Liaise with purchasing to ensure product availability
Produce clear sales reports for management
Experience in sales, account management, or business development
Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with customers by phone
Strong relationship builder with a commercial mindset
Self-motivated, proactive, and well organised
Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
