Payroll Administrator – Buckinghamshire – £30k-£35k Hybrid Benefits

The Role:

  • Run weekly and monthly payroll, including wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Manage CIS returns and CIS suffered.
  • Handle pension administration (auto-enrolment uploads, redeclarations).
  • Process statutory payments and benefits in kind.
  • Communicate with HMRC to resolve queries.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and handle daily queries.
  • Manage billing and debt chasing.

About You:

  • 4 years’ payroll experience within an accountancy practice.
  • Knowledge of BrightPay software preferred.
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation, statutory payments, tax rules, NI, and pensions.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to resolve inconsistencies.
  • Professional communicator with strong client service skills.
