Are you a driven, hands-on leader with a passion for delivering installation projects to the highest standards? We’re seeking an Installation Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee complex installation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

ReeVR Talent are proud to partner with our client based just a short distance from Kidderminster. Our client delivers bespoke security solutions from concept through to installation, supporting environments where resilience, reliability, and compliance are critical. Their projects involve specialist structural and containment systems designed to perform under demanding operational conditions. You’ll act as the vital link between clients, suppliers, and technical teams, leading skilled technicians and subcontractors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop installation plans, schedules, and budgets; oversee daily operations and project milestones.

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate installation teams and subcontractors.

  • Quality & Safety: Ensure all work meets strict quality standards, contractual specifications, and health & safety regulations.

  • Resource Management: Coordinate materials, equipment, and personnel to prevent delays.

  • Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main point of contact, communicating project progress, resolving issues, and maintaining high client satisfaction.

  • Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate project documentation, quality reports, and risk assessments.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience managing complex installation projects (mechanical, construction, or similar).

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills for clients, teams, and senior management.

  • Technical knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, and industry processes.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.

  • Highly organised with strong time management and multitasking abilities.

  • Commercial awareness: able to control costs, maximise profit, and protect against risk.
