Static Multi-Skilled Engineer – St Paul’s, London
We are recruiting for a Static Multi-Skilled Engineer to work at a commercial site near St Paul’s.
Key responsibilities:
Planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance
Electrical and mechanical fault finding
General building services and fabric tasks
Ensuring all works are completed in line with health and safety standards
Requirements:
Recognised electrical or mechanical qualification
Experience working in commercial building services or facilities management
Able to work independently on a static site
Package:
Salary up to £45,000 per annum
Overtime available
Stable static site with long-term opportunity
