Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer – LondonWe are recruiting for a Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer to support the Landmark buildings portfolio in Central London (Zones 1 and 2) Key responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive electrical maintenance
  • Fault finding and first-line repairs across commercial buildings
  • Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety and compliance standards
  • Work independently across multiple sites as part of a foot mobile role
Location and travel:
  • Foot mobile role covering Landmark buildings in Central London (Zones 1 and 2)
  • Travel expenses can be claimed back
Requirements:
  • City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Experience within facilities management or building services
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a mobile workload
Package:
  • £25 per hour
  • Overtime available
  • Ongoing training and development
