Plumber - Bristol

Experienced Plumber required on social housing maintenance works in Bristol for a reliable and well liked maintenance contractor based in Bristol who has lots of work on and is going from strength to strength. 
 

Permanent role starting at around £35,000 per annum holiday and van fuel card (16.50/17ph holiday pay). with scope for an increase in rate after probation. 

Fortnightly pay. 

40 hours per week, 8am-4.30pm

Plumber Day to Day:

• Work in social housing properties 
• You need to be confident and competent in all aspects of plumbing maintenance
• Response and disrepair work
• Working alongside other trades when required
• Travelling to various jobs in the company van
• Dealing with some customers and being friendly and polite
• Reporting to the supervisor on progress

Plumber Requirements:

• Good plumbing experience
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
• DBS will be carried out
