Job Description:
A reputable professional services organisation is looking for a proactive Junior PA/Office Assistant to provide high-quality administrative and executive support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to develop in a professional, fast-paced environment while supporting senior executives and front-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone cover for the CEO overflow line and manage calls from reception
- Meet and greet clients in a professional manner, offering refreshments as required
- Coordinate courier services and manage incoming/outgoing post
- Organise meeting room bookings and assist with Zoom/Teams meetings set-up
- Support diary management and arrange meetings for senior executives
- Book cars, taxis, and restaurants for executives as needed
- Draft emails, letters, and prepare documents, presentations, and reports
- Scan, file, photocopy, and bind legal and administrative documents
- Assist with preparing documentation for signature and compliance record-keeping
- Support general office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Candidate Requirements
- Previous administrative, or office support experience is advantageous
- Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Professional and confident communicator
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Calm under pressure and able to handle competing priorities
