Job Title: Site Supervisor – Social Housing Repairs
Rate: £26 per hour
Contract: Ongoing
Location: Bedfordshire

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to work on an ongoing social housing repairs and maintenance contract. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work for the right candidate or potential to move into a permanent role.

• Supervising day-to-day repairs and maintenance works across occupied social housing properties

• Managing and coordinating subcontractors and direct labour

• Ensuring works are completed on time, to specification, and within health & safety guidelines

• Liaising with residents, clients, and contract managers in a professional manner

• Carrying out site inspections and quality checks

• Completing basic paperwork and progress reports

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within social housing repairs/maintenance

• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations

• Ability to manage multiple trades and workstreams

• Good communication and organisational skills

• SMSTS or SSSTS (preferred)

• First Aid (preferred)

• Valid driving licence

• £26 per hour

• Ongoing, stable work

• Immediate start available

• Working on a well-established social housing contract
