Digital Printer

Location: Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick (CV34)
Salary: £33,000 basic shift allowance (OTE circa £38,000)
Shifts: Continental (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am)
Overtime: Available and paid

I’m currently working with a well-established manufacturing business based in Royal Leamington Spa who are looking to add an experienced Digital Printer to their production team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stable role, strong earning potential and long-term progression within a modern print environment.

The Role:

• Operating digital printing equipment in a fast-paced production setting
• Setting up jobs, running print, monitoring quality and making adjustments as required
• Carrying out routine maintenance and basic fault-finding
• Working to production schedules and tight deadlines
• Ensuring all work meets quality, health & safety and company standards
• Handover communication between shifts

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience operating digital printing presses (any background considered)
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Comfortable working continental shifts (days & nights)
• Reliable, proactive and able to work well within a team
• Manufacturing or production print background preferred
