Production Team Leader

Location: Oxford
Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 6am - 2:30pm

We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Production Team Leader to oversee production line operations at our Oxford facility. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy motivating teams to achieve results, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities of Production Team Leader

• Lead daily activities on the production line to meet output and quality targets.
• Promote and maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards on the shop floor.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly to ensure smooth production flow.
• Support training and provide performance feedback to team members.
• Maintain accurate production records and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure effective shift handovers and line readiness.

What You’ll Need as Production Team Leader

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience (3–5 years preferred).
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and lead by example.
