An events and promotions business is currently being represented in the search for one Brand Ambassador (Sales & Events) to support face-to-face campaigns across El Paso. The role combines customer engagement with sales activity at organised events and promotional locations throughout the area.
While the title is Brand Ambassador, this is a hands-on, in-person sales role based entirely at live events. It suits someone looking for structure, training, and a clear starting point with room to grow.
About the RoleThe Brand Ambassador works at scheduled promotional events, acting as the face of campaigns and engaging directly with customers. Each event is planned in advance and supported by a wider team, creating a structured environment without the repetition of a single fixed location.
The focus is on starting conversations, explaining offers clearly, and helping guide customers toward a decision in a professional, approachable way. The role also involves supporting the smooth running of each event, from setup through to close.
What the Role Looks Like Day to DayDuring events, the Brand Ambassador is visible on the floor, interacting with customers and representing campaigns with confidence. Some interactions are brief, others more detailed — adaptability and communication are key.
There is also a practical element to the role. Event spaces need to be prepared, kept presentable, and wrapped up efficiently at the end of the day. Performance is linked to engagement, consistency, and contribution rather than time alone.
