An organisation operating in the telecommunications space is currently being represented in the search for one Telecom Sales Assistant to support in-person customer engagement across El Paso. This role is not desk-based or remote; it is hands-on, people-facing, and centered on real conversations with real customers.

About the Role

The Telecom Sales Assistant works directly with customers to explain connectivity services, outline available options, and help individuals understand which solutions best suit their needs. The focus is on clarity and trust — breaking down information in a way that’s easy to understand and helping customers make informed decisions.

Day to day, the role involves engaging with customers in busy, on-site environments, answering questions, discussing usage needs, and supporting the sales process from initial conversation through to completion where appropriate.

This position suits someone who enjoys talking to people, can explain information clearly, and feels comfortable working toward goals in a structured environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Speaking with customers about everyday telecom services such as internet, mobile, and home connectivity

  • Explaining service options, plans, and features in a clear, straightforward way

  • Asking questions to understand customer needs and usage habits

  • Helping customers compare options and understand value

  • Supporting sign-ups or next steps when customers decide to move forward

  • Maintaining a professional, approachable presence throughout the day

  • Working alongside the team to ensure smooth daily activity

Pay & Training

Paid weekly. Compensation includes a base level of pay with additional commission and performance bonuses available.
Most people working a full schedule earn around 700–900 per week, depending on performance.

Full training is provided before starting, with ongoing support to build confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
