This Entry-Level Management Trainee opportunity is designed for someone looking to build leadership skills from the ground up while gaining real experience in sales, events, and team operations. An events and promotions business is currently being represented in the search for one Entry-Level Management Trainee to support campaigns across Tampa while progressing through a structured development path.

This is an in-person role based at live events and operational locations.

The Entry-Level Management Trainee role focuses on learning how teams and campaigns are run day to day. Rather than stepping straight into a management title without experience, the trainee develops a strong understanding of frontline operations first — then builds leadership responsibility gradually.

The role is suited to someone who wants exposure to multiple areas of the business, including customer-facing work, team coordination, and performance support, with the long-term goal of moving into a management position.

Early in the program, the focus is on understanding how campaigns operate on the ground. This includes working directly with customers, supporting live events, and learning how results are generated.

As development progresses, the Management Trainee begins to take on leadership-oriented responsibilities with guidance from experienced managers, including:

Responsibility increases as confidence, consistency, and capability develop.

Structured training is provided from the start, with ongoing coaching throughout the program. The aim is to build practical leadership skills such as communication, organisation, decision-making, and team support.

Progression is based on readiness and performance rather than time alone.

Compensation includes a base component alongside commission and performance-based bonuses.
Annual earnings typically range between 45,000–58,000, depending on progression and individual contribution.

This role is designed as a clear pathway into management. With strong performance, the Entry-Level Management Trainee can progress into roles involving team leadership, campaign oversight, and greater operational responsibility.
