An events and promotions business is currently being represented in the search for one Retail Sales Assistant to support face-to-face sales activity at retail events and pop-up locations across Brownsville.

This is an in-person role suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, staying active during the day, and being part of a small on-site team.

What You’ll Do
  • Engage customers at retail-based events

  • Explain products, promotions, or offers clearly

  • Support face-to-face sales and sign-ups

  • Help with basic setup and presentation

  • Represent campaigns professionally on the floor

Pay & Training

Paid weekly. A base level of pay is provided, with commission and performance bonuses available.
Most people earn around 650–850 per week on a full schedule.

Training is provided before starting.
