- Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Assist with the care and supervision of children aged 0–5 years
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
- Encourage social, emotional, and physical development through play-based learning
- Monitor and record observations of children’s progress and share with staff
- Support children with personal care needs where required
- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles
- Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development
