Location: Telford
Pay Rate: £17.10 per hour Overtime at Premium Rates
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 10.5-hour Night Shifts

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Welder (MIG & TIG) to join a busy and growing fabrication team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Welder (MIG & TIG) who enjoys working on varied projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and aluminium components.
• Fabricate brackets, frames, and a variety of bespoke items as required.
• Read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines.
• Maintain a safe and tidy workspace in line with health and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Welder (MIG & TIG).
• Ability to work with steel and aluminium materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
