Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) - Tech-Functional Specialist, MS One Vision

We are looking for a D365 expert who is keen on driving digital transformation and leveraging Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) to optimise the global business processes across our client. In essence a Tech-Functional Specialist to join an international organisation at the forefront of innovation and operational excellence.

About the Role

This position blends technical and functional responsibilities, supporting system operations, global rollouts, and delivering enhancements within the Microsoft ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth adoption of D365FO across multiple regions and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply deep knowledge of D365FO and prior implementation experience.
• Align with Microsoft’s One Version strategy and validate mandatory updates.
• Utilise Microsoft Power Platform for low-code app development and automation.
• Act as first-line support for users across multiple countries.
• Assist with global rollouts and ensure seamless integration.
• Design and develop reports to meet business needs.
• Provide input for system improvements and customizations.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with D365FO implementations (Partner or End User).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft One Version and update cycles.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Ability to work across multiple functional areas (Finance, Production, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills for global collaboration.

Nice to haves

• Microsoft certifications in D365FO or Power Platform.
• Experience in multi-country rollouts and global support environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
