We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a busy temporary desk. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven recruiter who enjoys building long-term client relationships, managing fast-paced temp workflows, and consistently delivering high-quality results.

You’ll have autonomy over your desk while being fully supported by a collaborative team and leadership that is genuinely invested in your success.

• Managing and growing a temporary recruitment desk within Business Support industry 

• Developing strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates

• Winning new business and expanding existing client accounts

• Managing the full temp recruitment lifecycle, including compliance and onboarding

• Providing expert market advice to clients and candidates

• Consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within temporary recruitment

• Strong billing track record and commercial mindset

• Confident in business development and relationship management

• Highly organised with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Ambitious, proactive, and a strong team player

• Competitive commission structure, rewarded quarterly
